A natural extension of the work — currently in development
Workshops and training sessions will be offered as a way to explore this work more deeply, in a structured and practical setting.
Whether you are new to these approaches or looking to build on your existing understanding, these sessions are being designed to feel accessible, grounded, and easy to follow.
What Will Be Covered
Workshops will explore a range of topics related to wellbeing, awareness, and nervous system support, including:
• practical techniques for managing stress and emotional pressure
• developing awareness of your own nervous system responses
• simple tools to support balance in everyday life
• introduction to complementary approaches used within sessions
The focus is on building understanding and confidence, rather than learning fixed methods.
Format
Sessions are expected to be offered primarily in small group settings, either in person or online, depending on the topic.
This allows space to explore the work in a practical, supportive environment.
