By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services

All services are supportive and complementary in nature.

For human services:
They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

For animal services:
They are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Client Responsibility

You confirm that:

• Information provided is accurate

• You are authorised to make decisions (animal owners only)

• You understand outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Payment Terms

Payment terms should be clearly stated here (e.g., payable at time of booking / within X days).

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations may incur the full session fee.

Digital Products

Where digital content is purchased, access may be granted immediately. By purchasing, you agree that once access begins, your statutory 14-day cooling-off period may no longer apply.

Limitation of Liability

While services are provided with care and professionalism, results vary between individuals and animals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
