Women’s Group Workshops

A calm, supportive space to explore wellbeing, self-awareness, and gentle, restorative practices.

A Gentle Space to Begin

You’re warmly invited to join these small, supportive group workshops — designed to offer space to slow down, reconnect, and explore simple, effective approaches to wellbeing.

These bi-monthly online sessions bring together like-minded women who are curious about emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and mindful approaches to everyday life.

Each workshop introduces a range of gentle, practical practices, allowing you to explore what feels helpful, without pressure or expectation.

Rather than focusing on a single method, these sessions offer a blend of approaches that support relaxation, awareness, and balance.

You’re invited to explore each practice at your own pace, taking what feels helpful and simply allowing the rest to settle.

Upcoming Workshops

The next series of workshops is planned for late 2026 (dates to be confirmed).

You’re welcome to register your interest to receive early access to booking and further details when they are released.

Sessions may include:

  • • simple techniques to support nervous system regulation
    • guided relaxation and meditation practices
    • sound-based sessions for deep rest
    • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for release and balance
    • gentle breath and awareness practices
    • an introduction to complementary approaches such as crystals or aromatherapy
    • reflective and mindfulness-based exercises

Each session is designed to feel calm, spacious, and easy to follow.

You are encouraged to take part in a way that feels comfortable for you.

There is no pressure to do everything — simply to explore what feels supportive.
