This process helps calm the nervous system and reduce the intensity of emotional responses.

Originally developed in the 1990s, EFT is now widely used to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.

It offers a gentle, practical way to work with thoughts, feelings, and physical responses.

How It Works

During a session, we begin by exploring what you would like support with.

You will be guided through a series of tapping points while focusing on specific thoughts, feelings, or experiences.

This process can help reduce emotional intensity, ease tension, and support a more balanced response.

Your Session

Sessions are available in person or remotely, depending on what feels most supportive and convenient for you.

Before your session, you will complete a short client form to help identify what you would like support with.

During the session, we work together at a pace that feels comfortable, allowing you to experience the process while building confidence in using it independently.
