Infra Red Technology
A gentle, non-invasive light therapy designed to support physical comfort, reduce inflammation, and promote the body’s natural recovery processes.
What is Infrared Therapy?
Infrared therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support the body at a cellular level.
This approach is calm, targeted, and non-invasive — offering supportive care without placing additional strain on the body.
The light energy is absorbed by the body’s tissues and used to support natural repair and recovery processes. Sessions are designed to feel comfortable, efficient, and deeply supportive.
How It Works
Infrared and near-infrared light penetrate beyond the surface of the skin into muscles, joints, and connective tissues.
This allows the therapy to support areas that may be experiencing tension, restriction, or discomfort.
What It May Support
Infrared therapy may be helpful for:
• muscular tension and soreness
• joint stiffness or reduced mobility
• recovery from injury
• inflammation
• skin repair and wound healing
• general physical comfort and recovery
Improved circulation and oxygen delivery can also support the body’s natural healing processes and overall wellbeing.
A Supportive Approach
This therapy works with your body’s natural processes, gently encouraging repair, recovery, and improved function over time.
Sessions are always adapted to your comfort and individual needs.
