A Responsive Way of Working

No two people experience stress or imbalance in the same way.

Sessions are shaped around how you respond rather than following a set structure. This allows the work to remain flexible, focused, and appropriate for where you are right now.

A range of complementary approaches may be used within sessions, but these are always secondary to what your system is communicating. This means sessions can feel slightly different each time, depending on what you need in that moment.

When This Might Be Helpful

This kind of support may be helpful if things have started to feel:

• difficult to switch off or slow down

• physically or emotionally tense

• overwhelming or hard to process

• slightly out of sync, without a clear reason

You don’t need to have a specific problem to begin — just a sense that something could feel different.

How Sessions Work

Before your first session, you’ll be invited to complete a short client form so I can understand a little more about what’s been going on for you.

From there, the session unfolds in a way that reflects your responses in real time. Some sessions are quieter and more restorative, while others may involve more structured techniques or guidance. There’s no expectation to talk or share more than you feel comfortable with.

Everything is introduced gradually, allowing space for your system to adjust without pressure.

This work isn’t about quick fixes or pushing for change.

Instead, it focuses on helping your system become more familiar with settling, so that change can happen more naturally over time.

Some people notice a shift quite quickly. Others benefit from a series of sessions, allowing the process to build in a steady and manageable way.

In-Person & Remote Sessions

Sessions are available in person from my private space near Ashford, Surrey, or remotely via Zoom.
