They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You participate voluntarily

  • You accept responsibility for your wellbeing

  • You will seek appropriate medical advice where required

3. Scope of Practice

Services are provided within the practitioner’s qualifications and professional competence.

No medical diagnosis or prescription is offered.

4. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide professional support, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

  • Late cancellations may be charged in full

  • Missed appointments are chargeable

SECTION 4 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE COURSES

Due to the nature of digital content:

Once access has been granted, refunds cannot be provided unless required by law.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cooling-off period is waived once access begins.

All sessions are confidential.

Confidentiality may be broken only where:
