We all want to feel our very best at all times, but sometimes it’s easier said than done!! This introductory workshop looks at various aspects that can help us to connect and enhance our own sense of wellbeing on a variety of levels.
The workshops allows us to touch upon a wide variety of aspects that will help us to look at ways to promote an enhanced sense of wellbeing on many levels. As a preliminary taster, we look at a wide variety of ways to help promote a wider connection to our own inner journey, as well as tips, tricks, techniques and ideas to connect this to our overall sense of flow and wellbeing.
Due to the current social restrictions, we will be hosting the course outdoors until further notice. There will be cover available, in the event of bad weather, however it is advisable to bring the appropriate outdoor clothing for changes in weather.
